Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in 50% of the fee being charged.
